FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. – Coral Ridge Yacht Club, founded in 1947 and located on Florida’s Gold Coast in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, unveiled a new 70th Anniversary logo at the Annual Meeting on Monday, January, 9, 2017. Commodore, Greg Bennett announced the new logo as part of a yearlong celebration of 70 years of CRYC Yacht Club history and future growth.
“Coral Ridge Yacht Club has 70 years of tradition in the Fort Lauderdale area and this year marks a significant milestone in the Clubs history. CRYC has become known as Classy, Elegant, Traditional and Fun Club. Our new logo has a fresh look while keeping many aspects consistent with the old logo,” said Commodore, Greg Bennett as he addressed the room.
The new Coral Ridge Yacht Club logo includes new words inside of the circle highlighting “70 Years” above the anchor and burgee flag and “1947 – 2017” below it. The new logo will be used as the primary logo for the Yacht Club. The three main colors for the new logo are turquoise, coral and white that have been slightly brightened, further enhancing the overall look and feel.
General Manger, Jay M. Wallace, CCM said, “This year is an exciting and pivotal year for this Club and we have come a long way in 70 years, this new logo will help catapult us into the coming years with a new fresh look, commemorating this significant milestone in our Clubs history.”
Coral Ridge Yacht Club offers dining, dancing, tennis, fitness, family activities, waterslide and Olympic sized pool. The clubhouse and marina offer stunning views of magnificent yachts, the Intracoastal Waterway, Sunrise Bay and the historical Hugh Taylor Birch State Park.
